2. Service Description
FluxBill provides an API Proxy Gateway that helps developers and teams manage their AI compute costs across multiple providers. We provide analytics, cost optimization through model routing, and budget enforcement tools.
3. User Responsibilities
API Keys: You are responsible for ensuring the validity and security of the provider API keys you connect to FluxBill.
Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) whose APIs you access through FluxBill.
Fair Use: You agree not to use FluxBill for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
4. Limitation of Liability
FluxBill acts as a pass-through service. We are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI providers or for any service interruptions caused by those providers. We do not guarantee that our cost calculations will match the official provider invoices with 100% precision due to slight variations in tokenization logic.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
